Algae growing in water reservoirTonight I discovered the beginning stages of algae growing at the bottom of the water bucket I kept within the tent. As far as I know, the bucket was clean around a week ago when I filled it up last. With both plants getting this water for a few days, should I be concerned?![First Grow! When to flush?Checked trichs under a scope. Lots of clear and cloudy trichs, no amber. How soon should I think about flushing? Using Ebb and Flow. Pics are of my most mature plant. Others are up to 2-3 weeks behind, would really love to harvest all plants together.

I want to know why it isn't growing as fast (if fast is even the right term) as the others.
The stock is by far the thickest of the three, but the growth up top is scarce. What gives!?!?!?!
