Helllo mate, looking your diary i don't think you need to defoliate her, all the buds seem not covered by the leaves but if you have some leaves that cover your buds you can think to cut they. I can't guess how many weeks she had before the harvest, but from the data sheet i see that she should have 7 weeks of flowering, i think you could have 1 week more.ù Good luck and happy harvest!!

Leaves are there for a reason, since it doesn't look like if she is receiving too less light I just wouldn't cut them now, they need the leaves for photosynthesis. Sure, it makes the trim a bit easier but I would rather trim a little longer on a high yield then be done in an hour just because the buds didn't fully develop

do you want to harm the plant? then go ahead and remove leaves :P No, don't randomly remove leaves - at any point, ever. they do far too many things beyond just absorbing light. The plant will shed leaves if it has too many. You've got a long time. Don't even count the days, yet.
