Hi can you tell me the PH of your water ? Seems like a calium /magnesium fail ..... I had that before with my curent grow but all turned ok :)

Definitely variegation. it'll grow out of it more times than not. even if not, a blemish like that doesn't cause problems or diminish outcomes. Sometimes you get leaves that are split down the middle veing yellow/green, or 1 finger is yellow etc.. same umbrella term, "variegation"
