Definitely variegation. it'll grow out of it more times than not. even if not, a blemish like that doesn't cause problems or diminish outcomes. Sometimes you get leaves that are split down the middle veing yellow/green, or 1 finger is yellow etc.. same umbrella term, "variegation"

looks like some variegation. normal for some strains. If the new growth is coming in fine I would ignore it. You have some slight burning on the one leafs so keep an eye on that. Your medium also looks like pure coir or peat, I like to mix in perlite to that, others says its ok without, all depends on your watering habits. In very rare cases, this can be a sign of virus or other things but its super rare and almost never the case. there are no cures or treatments its just what it is. Some bugs also cause markings like this call leaf miners but they are different and would have a damaged look to them vs just discolored. In short, leave it as is, see if it progresses.
