Need to transplant them asap.........those tiny pots will be stunting their growth. Forget autos, next time grow photoperiod plants............you will learn much, much more.

To answer the actual question.. yeah they are fine for 2 weeks.. these are the slowest week she will start growing rapidly now, the transplant into new pot will slow growth slightly again. Happy farming.

When you repot you can bury the stem, just keep the leaves off the medium. Sprout straight into final pot is your best bet for autos. The less stress you give her the more flower you will get end of the day... Happy farming.

Autos don’t like disturbances or setback’s during growth. If you must start them in smaller pots, transplanting them into their final homes as fast as possible is a must. You would be way better off without having to do this in the future.

They look a bitch stretchy but its ok. This is your first grow and no one expects perfection. also perfection is unattainable always something going off. Next time move your lights closer or increase their intensity to prevent them from stretching to much. They look healthy and that's a good thing. If their root ball allows it. transplant/up-pot into something bigger. Or poke a bunch of thick holes into the plastic container and bury it fully. If you can cut off the bottom of it that would be good too. I like growing in CANNA coir products, however they are void of nutrients and need feeding asap. I also like to amend it with some perlite to help drainage and aeration of the medium. So say it is not needed, just my preference.

I couldn't agree more with the comment about new growers doing autos. They're known to be more sensitive and you only have that 5wk veg then they go into to flower when they want which isn't always a good time.Autos got so big because they were 10wks when they first came but yoiu only got several grams off the low ryders.Autos do better when they aren't transplanted. They want to go into 12ltr pots asap but that's not good for plant growth in general as they stay wet too long but that's autos for you.Go phoyoperiod next time.

Oxygen to rootzones is a big factor, those little ramekin allow no air in, if you watered from top this also would compress soil further making it more difficult to germinate. Try to allow water to absorb from.the bottom up into a slightly drier medium with alot more access to oxygen. I dunno why people even bother with autos, imo having the clock ticking from day 1 is a detriment to new growers just picking up the trade. If those where photoperiodic there would be no problem whatsoever.

Get them into some bigger pots ASAP! You're restricting root growth way too much, and autos do NOT like that :)
