No, not yet but it might do it later, but that's not something to worry about :)
It looks like you're feeding too much Nitrogen for this stage, you should cut back on N and increase PK when an auto starts flowering, if you keep pushing too much N into them you can get those round reveg looking leaves popping out and unnecessary twig production inside the buds

It's a bit early on bud formation...
giving roughly 35-40DLI from your lights? if so just keep letting plant dictate as far as fine-tuning light intensity and that's all you can really control... Environment and nutrients... Let the plant guide and you'll do fine.
