also notice you have a small plant in a large pot. this makes watering difficult. A key part of success with soilless is religiously getting 10% runoff - "drain to waste". This water is fine to re-use on outdoor plants planted in the ground but not for potted plants, if you don't want it going down the drain.
So, it seems you are already watering a small column around the plant, this is good. Water about as wide as the canopy, but make sure you get runoff out the bottom. Increase diameter of watering as the plant grows. Always water all the way down to the bottom with runoff.
10% runoff is necessary to avoid buildup. In future, use an appropriate sized pot and pot-up as needed. Even with an autoflower. It's a myth that potting up "shocks" the plants. that's insane. in 6 years i've never seen a plant get shocked from potting up. you'd have to molest and destroy the rootball to cause that. dont do that and you are fine. If the substrate doesn't hold to gether, you either need to do the potting up closer to an irrigation or let the roots develop more. It should not disintegrate in your hands. that's a self-inflicted problem when it does happen.
