Is she looking healthy for day 44 not stunted? And anything I should do at this stage of her life to maximize yield/potency? Defoliate some fan leaves? Or just keep tucking?

For an auto flower it’s hard to say if it’s stunted or not. Genetics will dictate a lot. It’s looking pretty good so far. The best you can do is keep it on the same feeding and water schedule, set your light DLI between 40-44, observe and let the plant grow. I would not remove any leaves unless they are damaged or the plant is much closer to maturity. You’ll have better photosynthesis and bud development.

Youu could take the odd leaf off if its heavily shading those inner branches but not alot as they aren't that thick. Some light will penetrate a leaf, mostly the deep reds but not a number of leaves. My last grow shows a good example of how Iv opened up the inner canopy on my shishkaberry after training .You don't need every single leaf. The plant can only use so much energy. There's nothing natural about these strains and they evidently do amazing when they've been savagly stripped, like 70% off so a few choice leaves is harming nothing.

I'd just leave her as is, she looks healthy. Carry on as you are.

All you can do is keep it healthy. Toss out any preconceived notion and react to the plant. It's easy to overfeed once vege growth slows/stops, so look for any darkness creeping in and adjust before it causes damage. Plant is spread out well and shouldn't need anything beyond that. Don't defoliate. Even shielded leaves are net positive. Plants shed leaves that are sinks. It'll know better than you or I more times than not. It's spread out so well i see no need. Sugars produced from photosynthesis flow around the plant freely. Apical dominance is what determines where those resources are used most. Very little photosynthesis takes place outside of the the top few layers of leaves. that's it's function. Maximizing light on the sex organs or stems doesn't do much. cell differentiation...

No need for Defoliation, I don't see it being to dense and preventing airflow. Less Leaves = Less Energy = Less Buds plant is nice and healthy. not stunted in way I can see, keep up the good work.

Looks great to me. Leave the leaves, that’s your energy absorbing, nutrient storing, soldiers. Just keep tuckin.
