Not all seeds make............this is one of those that will not. RQS again.....? Always start with more seedlings than you think you will need just in case of duds, like this one.

Looks like a bad PH swing or some overfeeding. If you have more seeds I'd pop em, If its an auto you set it back a lot with this as the leaves are not as effective when damaged and they got a limited veg time. If its photoperiod it can recover just make take some time.

I'm sorry to say but she looks like she's to busy dieing for anything else. She might bounce back but I doubt it, sorry to be bearer of bad news. Good luck 🍀
