Hi there, your plants look OK and healthy just slightly over watered, try out waiting until about 1cm to 2cm of the soil has dried out a little and she should grow even faster! Good job on the LST you're doing it seems to be working well for her and she seems to be getting the branching below ready to start growing up! should anchor the base of the LST to other side, this way it doesn't tug on roots and gives a little space between substrate and stem. Don't want that constantly wet and tougher to water too. This will keep you honest and not end up with an overcrowded canopy. branches below the initial bend will always suffer, even if you manage to keep them the same height (apical dominance). They'll still be inferior to similar stature branching, so just remove them.

Like 1 has fell over 😆. They look OK mate, I know its hard to leave them to grow but wait until they are big and strong enough to manipulate.. Good luck.
