It's to early for her leaves to be changing like this right?

Looks like first signs of burn to me. might just need to scale back on the nutrients just a tad.

about lushness... i'm assuming full power grow lights which make things look paler, but you may have dropped power for photos? if that's the case they aren't too lush, but i'd keep an eye on which way it is trending and make a small adjustment if getting darker - sooner than later.

damage around the serated tips is fairly limited to a few causes, barring lockout of some sort... too much P or too little K.. i'd wager too much P, but depending how it progresses may look like a typical k-def, time will tell. Maybe a little high on N or Mg as the leaves are quite lush and borderline glossy, eh? tougher to see that in a camera and/or with grow lights. depending on how often you have plants with adverse reactions to your existing fertilization methods and choices, may need a tweak to the balance of nutes. Or, if it's super rare, just chalk it up to an odd 1 in 20 plants.
