Its almost certainly from the plant with how uniformed it all is.That's autos for you.

trichome not a pest.
However sometimes plants overproduce these trichomes in response to a pest.
Best to monitor with some yellow sticky traps and have some IPM or integrated pest management like BTi or Nematodes given weekly/monthly/one time
I don't think its anything bad.
