Flipping into flower

Do you flip healthy plants straight from 18/6 to 12/12 in a day or over several days with increasingly shorter nights? And opinions on pro and cons? Thanks for your time! Much love 💚

Von einem auf den andere Tag. Das geht ohne Probleme. Einfach wenn du am Tag von 18 Stunden das Licht ausmacht erst wieder nach 12 an schalten und dann mit diesem Zyklus weiter machen

I personally like to give 24 hrs of dark before changing to 12/12. Some might say it's bro science but until you try and test it you will never know, in my opinion it shocks the plant into flower and will go into flower quicker. After 20 years this is my go to way to flip.. Only my opinion and experience. Good luck.

Do a straight swap. Staggering the shift over a period to better reflect "nature" feels logical but is counterproductive. I found that the constant shifting of the clock causes plant stress, and can lead to the odd hermie seeds.
