looks like bad watering habits. Make sure when you irrigate that you fully saturate a pot. If a pot stays wet too long from doing this simple act, it is either poorly constituted or the plant is too small for the pot - both self-inflicted problems. Wait for top 1/2-1" to dry in "soil" and repeat. If coco, when the top layer starts to change color, repeat. if soillesss, get 10% runoo minimum, otherwise just ensure full volume gets wet with a little runoff to conserve amendments.
Keep on on the node spacing at the top. If you have had good watering habits, it might be drooppy from a tad too much DLI. This sort of borderline thing can takes weeks before you see the effects.
