did you fiddle with it? Though, the first one looks like it was deformed before it sprouted, lol. Was it watered with any fertilizer? or is that substrate have nutrients amended into it? might be too hot. if it's just a peat puck, they are often too compacted and too acidic out of the box. hard to say if this was self-inflicted or caused by materials used when given so little information.

it looks as if it may have broken and lost the cotyledon leaves. everything comes out albino and without any color until they start to photosynthesize and thats when they start to green up. i would recommend using a lighter soil like possibly just a seed starter mix with less water and less compaction. also attempt to cause as little disruption as possible while the seed is figuring out how to become a seedling. try burying the seed very lightly with just a bit of dirt over the top, not packed down. hopefully these things could help in the future. also feel free to message me for any questions

Looks like itsas too wet and it broke off. It will likely dampen off after the damage. If you have the space just let it go and see what it does, while you start another.

Hi bud. It looks to me like the seedling broke out of its shell before the cotyledon leaves had developed. I'm not sure if they will still develop or if true leaves will even come. If you want, you could let them be for about a week and see if any further development occurs. Ofc you will still need to keep the soil moist as with normal developed seedlings.
