50-60 gram plant if you flipped now? give or take. The pot size will limit it if the early 12/12 does not.
looking at the same things oyu are.. a little blemish on a leaf - make sure that remains a 1-off and doesn't progress. if the picture wasn't taken under intense grow lights, might be a tad on pale side ... if under grow lights in these pictures, probably fine. Grow lights make a plant look paler than reality.

She looks ok. For future i would highly recommend to fill pot till verge. Now you have extra wall where stagnant air and humidity stays.
