Correct me if I am wrong. Super cropping, that is pinching branches to break the inside of branch and not the outside right?

I don't even pinch it unless it's a very rigid branch that might sever itself if bent down aggressively. I just grab the stem and push with my thum in the direction i want it to fall over. i'm sure this has been done with indoor growing before marijuana slapped a "supercropping" label to it. But, sure call it what you want. It's just plant training. breakt it down about 4-5" below the actual height you want. The top portion will bend back toward the light within 24-36 hours. It should be fairly studry by then. When you don't get any droop and it's strong enough to hold itself within a day or two, you did it right. At that point you might want to anchor it down as opposed to supporting it. It will keep trying to bend upward toward light.

That is the idea but it takes a bit of practice. It's more like rolling the plant stem between your fingers to break down the fibers so they bend. There will be a time or 2 where you accidentally break that stem. In most cases, some masking tape wrapped around the injured branch will hold the break together and allow your plant to heal.
