It reminds me of a plant I grew about 4 years ago. It started out slow and when it eventually did start growing, a bottom branch outpaced the rest of the plant and became the new top. I ran it to finish just to see how it would do. It did produce but grew very strange and didn't produce as well as it's sisters. That was in an outdoor grow though and all it cost me was a little ferts and water. Since you're indoors I would recommend moving on to another plant. Indoors, space is a premium commodity. Don't waste it on maybes.
