Slow growth on this one seedling we can't yet call it a plant imo especially in comparison to her sisters. Is it saveable?

Can someone give some advice please. My friend has these going and one of the seedlings just is not growing compared to the rest. I believe he's around 5 weeks today and i don't want to tell him to kill it before getting a general view on here on if anything can be done to help

Help with airflow. I've got an extractor and 3 circulating fans. Would a powerful inline fan be better than the 3 circulating fans Question about environment here.
I've got a 5x5 tent. Total 46m area.
460m3/hr needed to be extracted.
Extractor fan is capable of taking 600m3/hr.
I did have in an inline fan but it's no longer working. Do I need another inline fan ?? I've opened two ports for passive intake

Are these definitely autos ? I keep having the fear these maybe photoperoidd I've put this exact question up before I'm just anxious I've asked before but my mind keeps having the idea that these may not be autoflowers can some one please give me that telling off I need. As they have started to flower so that would in my mind would mean they are autos, I've never done photos. At 13 weeks I'm headthrashed

AN sensi line is confusing me can someone help ? Will I need to use grow with the autos ? Or shall I just use bloom part b ? Bloom part a is pure N ? I'm growing autos. Using AN sensi line. I've only ever used AN grow and bloom, but my grow shop nearby only had the sensi line available so I decided to buy them. I've gave my girls 2 doses of feed part a&b grow and they've showed signs of N tox. Can anyone advise me on AN Sensi

Daytime smoke, its very nice. Orange smell is very much at the forefront. I've got 3 jars for a long term cure (as long as I don't run out lol) buds are rather dense also. Herbies seeds sent me the photo version of orange bud not the auto version which pissed me off but we live and learn. I've learnt alot on this grow and I'm preparing for another this weekend. Alot of mistakes I made due to thinking it was an auto.
