Depends on how much calclium that other stuff adds. The plant needs consistent levels of calcium at all times.
Really should use some perlite in that mix (or similar drainage amendment). 30% of volume for the water capacity of coco, not sure of how worm castings impact that.
coco only needs 'more' calcium if it was poorly buffered by the manufacturer. Otherwise, it will not impact how much calcium the plant uses.
As with most things, especialyl with a bunch of unknowns, trial and error is all you can do. Start with teh instructed dose, and observe and react to the plant if it shows symptoms. simple as that. when you find that happy zone, write it down for future use. Nobody has the exact answer for you no matter how confident they are.
