Almost impossible to get tobacco mosaic virus at home.
It is not air borne, the only real way to get it is through the transfer of contaminated soil.
Sometimes seeds may carry the virus, but that would not happen in commercially available cannabis seeds.
So unless you have been digging up pathogenically infected soil at a tobacco crop and adding that soil to your cannabis plants, you can not have it.
I think you have a harmless mutation called "varigation", otherwise your plant seems healthy enough, but a pH of 5.9 in soil is a bit too low, a pH aroun 6.4 would be better for a soil grow.
Varigation is quite common, some plants grow out of it, others have it for their entire life.........it does not affect growth rates, yields or potency in any way.
