TMV is fairly uncommon in home cannabis grows, but it's a far more common virus than is being advertised in answers so far. So first of all, though it has tobacco in the name, this virus can infect hundreds of different plants including common garden ones like tomatoes and cucumbers. While we don't tend to buy cannabis from commercial nurseries, we do a lot more for the garden. It passes through plant materials and dirty tools. If you use the same spade or pruning shears on your cannabis as you do in the garden, or at least not sterilize them in between, it could certainly spread to your other plants.

Agree with the others, Its very very rare to see this as a hobby grower TMV. Grabbing clones from a big supplier.... maybe a bit higher but still unlikely. Just some variation,

variegation, not a virus.

Almost impossible to get tobacco mosaic virus at home. It is not air borne, the only real way to get it is through the transfer of contaminated soil. Sometimes seeds may carry the virus, but that would not happen in commercially available cannabis seeds. So unless you have been digging up pathogenically infected soil at a tobacco crop and adding that soil to your cannabis plants, you can not have it. I think you have a harmless mutation called "varigation", otherwise your plant seems healthy enough, but a pH of 5.9 in soil is a bit too low, a pH aroun 6.4 would be better for a soil grow. Varigation is quite common, some plants grow out of it, others have it for their entire life.........it does not affect growth rates, yields or potency in any way.
