Technically it's a seedling when it unfolds. Yours show one set of true leaf. Seedling! Accepted is second set of true leaves then start moving lightly into veg. If they are growing well, shouldn't be more than two weeks. Prolly a week.

it's a technical term that you can look up. it is not about opinion. Don't worry about labels such as this. Simply react to what you observe. Either it shows a need for fertilization or it does not. Either it shows a need for more light or it does not. Cause and effect is more important than vocabulary. these sorts of distinctions are important to get the gist of, but some of them are more arbitrary than others, this being one of those cases where the vocab is irrelevant to actually growing the plant. some plants need a lot of light in seedling stage to avoid stretching and others do not and might even get stunted by it, so these terms do not 1:1 correlate with proper behaviour, therefore not too useful to worry about.

Once the 1st true leaves start spreading and the 2nd set start appearing is when I class it as veg. You will see lots of different responses to this question.

For me the veg stage starts when the plant have develop at least 3-4 nodes, this usually is the time when the plant start to truly develop but yep every grower have his own thougths about this subjetct.

It's a bit subjective... Some consider the vegetative stage to start as soon as it sprouts from the soil, while others count it one week after germination. Personally, I consider it vegetation 2 to 4 days after sprouting, simply because in the first few days, the seedling might not survive. But after 2 to 4 days, you can already tell if it’s stable, and from that point on, it’s up to you and how you take care of it. In your case, yes, I would already consider it to be in the vegetative stage.

I break veg down into two different phases. After germination you enter early veg. During early veg the plant is still pretty tender and you're experiencing more growth in your rootzone than above ground. You still want to use a light hand with nutrients during early veg, they're easy to burn. At a point though your plant will seem to start growing more rapidly. Once you enter aggressive or "full on" veg, you can start really trying to push higher doses of fertilizers.
