Photoperiod plants are much more suitable for outdoors, autoflowers really need the long day length of indoor growing to get acceptable results.
Autos grown outdoors tend to stay small (this may be a good thing, especially for balcony grows!) and generally yield poorly in my experience, especially if the weather is mild.
If growing autos outdoors, plant about 3-4 weeks before the summer solstice so that they get the maximum amount of available day light/day length.
If space is an issue, planting photoperiods at the same time - 3-4 weeks before the Summer Solstice - keeps them to a managable size and they will out yield any autoflower on the market and finish in the same time frame too.
Having grown nearly every Sweet Seed strain on the market, I can recommend every one as an excellent performer.
Easy to grow, stable genetics, potent, productive..........they are all good.
Pick whatever strain you fancy, you will not be disappointed with whichever strain you choose!
