FUNGUS eating dead leaves...........remove all dead/infected leaves and practice some general grow space hygiene.

Looks like fungas to me and webs. but webs don't normally exist on only on the damaged parts. I would pluck em all and be careful not to spread it around. Maybe get some better airflow into the tent as well.

looks like some webbing there.. maybe egg sacs. Some of it is seemingly suspended in midair, so i'm assuming mites?

Listen to Organoman, he is always direct and to the point. You should keep your garden pruned and not have to wait until told . Outside you might get away with plant and forget, not indoor. Get rid of all the damaged leaf. You're not gonna restore them.
