Hi, it actually looks ready. But if you want it to be a bit more narcotic, then wait until some trichomes are amber, because after they are milky, they will turn amber. Milky means very high THC content and the plant is ripe. Amber THC has been converted into CBD, giving a more calming effect. Clear means it's not quite ripe yet.
