Hi, looks like a "Minierfliege". I think the english translation is "leaf miner". if you look at the bottom of the leaf you might see the larva of the fly.

if that is sub-surface and not something on the surface, it could be a "leaf miner" ... the squiggly little matrix of lines will continue to expand as they chew through more leaf. Not sure what to do for a sub-surfact pest. Definitely prune off infected leaves as part of it thought. Anything that is 'systemic' that would in effect soak into the plant is something to be concerned about smoking later.. it's why people that used Eagle20 were slowly poisoning their customers, lol. "Systemic" pesticides are dangerous for end-use because they don't get excreted from the plant.. it's there.. spreading around the plant throughout. https://www.almanac.com/pest/leaf-miners -- ahh,. it's just the larva stage that is doing the damage. Google can help.

KiS Organics IMO is the king of IPM knowledge, dude is a walking textbook and his network could form their own university

looks a bit like like leaf miners. but not 100 certon. Mites don't follow/make paths that large or big and their damage is more sporadic and speckled. Same with thrips. they tend not to look like that and they are visible on the leaves when they are infesting. could also be a bit of weird growth with no pest involved. real 50/50 for me on pest or not... monitor the plant, use some IPM. or integrated pest management and preventively treat them in veg.
