such damages can happen from genetic, small mutation locally on the leaf

Sounds like those raggedy holes could be caused by a few things. Some possibilities are: First, there's a chance it's still environmental stress, but a different kind. Maybe the plant is getting too much water, or the water's not draining properly. That can cause the roots to get stressed, and that stress shows up in the leaves. Another idea is something called "nutrient burn". If you fertilize too much, it can damage the plant's roots and cause those kinds of leaf problems. Finally, there's a chance it's a specific deficiency. Not having enough calcium or magnesium can cause leaves to look kinda chewed up. Let's figure out which one it is so you can get those plants healthy again. I’d suggest giving them a break of nutrients the leaves are a little dark green aswell also make sure to have the humidity and temps in a good range and dial down the light a bit hopefully they will bounce back

A lack of nutrients such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium can cause holes to form in cannabis leaves. Second only to slugs and snails in the “chewing holes in your leaves” category are caterpillar/larvae possibly. While true that holes in leaves can be indicative of a nutrient deficiency such as potassium, more often than not this leaf damage is actually caused by hungry herbivores. Keep eyes peeled, dunno, 1st pick looks more deficiency, 2nd pic looks more like snack time. Hope you get it sorted. Gluck.
