It should be fine if its been storerd right and they do great in veg on very little so wont be an issue in veg.Im using liguid nutes that must be 5yrs old.My latest diary shows they're doing fine.I have got some new bloom to mix 50/50 with my old bloom as 1 componant that;s lost a lot of its effect can have a big impact on flowering so you could always do that but veg shouldnt be an issue. And dry food has a much longer shelf life. That and shipping is one of the reasons they keep it in a dry state as so many of the liguid bottles started off dry.

Dry amendment fertilizer, when stored properly, generally doesn't "go bad" or lose its effectiveness over time, but moisture can cause clumping and reduce its effectiveness. Because it's so dry it can act like a sponge to any moisture in the air, really depends how much if any moisture got trapped in, soon as you add moisture its breeding ground for all sorts.

I think you should be fine. Unless you have some reason to suspect the soil will hurt your next grow
