Looks like a combination of environmental stress and possible root issues. Twisting, crispy necrosis, and random leaf damage usually points to VPD being off, root zone stress (overwatering, salt buildup), or genetic quirks.
Since you mention it happened last two runs too, I’d double-check root health (oxygen, watering habits, runoff EC) and really dial in the VPD.
Not a typical single deficiency. It’s more systemic – something causing fluctuating stress across the whole plant.
