You are overwatering them by the looks of it. This is the problem that new grows experience when they plant directly into large pots. Do not water them till you see run off at this point, your plant will not be able to drink that much in such a large pot and will be to wet for to long. You should be watering around the base of the plant enough to keep it wet for about 24-48hrs before it’s dry enough to water again. If you stick your finger in the soil an inch or so you should not feel any dampness when it’s ready for more water. If it takes longer then 48hrs to dry then give less water next time and if it is dry 24hrs later give more next time. You could start with 1/4 dose nutrients as well if you haven’t yet. But getting a good wet/dry cycle is key at this stage, and all stages really, but especially this stage. Hope this helps, Cheers. 💨

Oh and forgot to mention that it might be best to add more soil to cover up some of the stretched stems and lowering the lamps a bit, when light is insufficient then the plants stretch looking for more light and this slows down growth rate substantially during this vital stage of the plants' life!

seems like signs of water damage and deficiencies, are you fertilizing? whats the pot size and how much are you watering and with what frequency? I recommend you fertilize with 1/4 of the recommended dosage on whatever fertilizer you use for veg and for micro-nutrients, as for watering I suggest watering around 30% of the pot size in nutrient solution (if pot is 9-11 liter, use 3-3.5 liters of nutrient solution) *make sure theres proper drainage and let the top 5cm of the grow medium to dry between irrigations (usually once every 3 days in the current seedling stage) and make sure there's at least 20-30% runoff from the irrigation. Do not let the medium dry out completely!! Hope this helps! good luck and happy growing :)
