No, autos from feminized seeds can’t turn full male , that only happens with regular seeds, and even then only if it was male from the start. What can happen is herm traits,bananas or pollen sacs, if the plant gets stressed bad enough. But it stays female throwing male parts (herm), not a full gender change. Regular seeds are either male or female from the start, stress doesn’t “turn” them into the other sex either. Males stay male, females stay female, stress just makes females ugly.

I mean there can be reg seeds(male/female) If you mean with fem seeds then to your question kinda they can become hermaphrodit but no they won’t just be males unless you start with reg seeds
