lots of long white hairs -- either not plump yet or you got a late wave of grrwth that is behind the rest. The latter will come down to personal preference as to what you do. either wait for the late growth to mature or try to ignore it when you scope the plant.
Also, your canopy is nearly dead. How exactly is it going to power growth and maintenance? It may not be adding leaves or getting bigger, but it's still requires energy to ripen and maintain. You let it fade too early. Probably because of some 'bro-science' nonsense you read online. It's okay to be lazy near the end, but don't starve it thinking it somehow helps the plant, lol. Energy (light) and building blocks (nutrients) are still needed. Can't build more THC and terps if it has no energy or building blocks to do so. this plant was in dire need of more nitrogen for quite some time as of this picture provided.
Some plants won't amber up much. I like to go by glassy vs plastic looking -- the cloudy ones look plastic and clear ones look glassy. If it's all cloudy/plastic, it's good to go. Amber is a sign of degredation, not max potency. You do want 'some' amber because there are varying rates of ripening across entire plant.
