The training is fine. The defoliation is beyond a doubt a bad choice. Now, that entire barren aea is making zero use of the light in that area. You've reduced the surface area of light absorbption, therefore reduced growth potential. This is not an opinion. The misguided opinion is that somwhoe removing what powers everything the plant does is somehow a net-positive. This is bro-science / anecdotal failure. Stripping growth tips that you won't use is fine, but you can allow the leaves to remain behind and they will continue to contribute sugars andn every other function a leaf is responsible for. Stripping leaves does not in any way allow a plant to 'focus on something else' - this is a nonsense statement. Yield has little to do with number of colas after a certain point. Yield has much more to do with photosynthesis potential. Reducing that potential is not a benefit, ever. Shoot for 3-4 colas per sq ft and don't create gaps in your canopy. you'll have better results, ceteris paribus.

Ich würde, in der Blütenphase keine Training mehr anwenden wenn es eine Auto ist, das sollte man in den ersten Wochen machen, damit die pflanze sich nochmal erholen kann, aber nicht in der Blüte, sie wird jetzt kraft und Energie in die Erholung stecken und nicht in die Buds, das musst du vorher machen. Aber der Ansatz ist gut, und die Technik auch, mach es aber lieber ab Woche 2 bis 4, und in der Blüte nur noch entlauben.
