Hey! So I'm going to try and experiment, with 2 plants. I'll be using different nutrients and substrate. My question is: Do I make 2 diaries? It seems to be quite difficult to add both in one diary. What do you think?

Unless you are getting paid, or it was gifted, i wouldn't worry about it. Can always explain the side-by-side comparison in weekly comments.
In regard tdo contests, you need to have single-strain diaries, if important to you.
Can always put links to any 'sister' diaries if you go that route to make sure people see the comparison option.

If basically doing 2 completely different grows, it would be much easier for you to have 2 diaries.

However you like.
Direct comparison is easier, of course you have to write more because of the limitations of the system.
Nonetheless, making 2 is more detailed and easier in regard to the platform. Nonetheless, sucks to compare between tabs/diaries.
