Good sign of healthy soil...........just pull it out. It is not a sign of anything wrong or any other negative issue.........all good! As 00111 said, it is an organism that lives on decaying organic matter.

That sort of shroom only feeds off decaying organic material - "sarophytic" ... Shouldn't cause any harm. This happens when soil or other media is stored outside. Fungus and gants and whatever else can get into it. Blame the store or original manufacturer.

Hey growmie, that yellow mushroom isn’t a bad thing, it’s actually a sign your soil’s biologically active. Totally normal in rich organic mixes, especially if it's been moist and warm. It means your medium’s alive and microbes are doing their job. Just pull it out if it bugs you, and let the top layer dry out a bit more between waterings. No harm to your plant, no need to stress. I’d honestly take it as a good sign.
