Hey growmie,
for day 3 that setup looks great:
• 22°C & 75% RH = perfect for seedlings
• 20/4 is fine, I run 24h , they don’t care
• 400 µmol/m²/s = nice and gentle for now, just keep the light distance safe

Just dropping in 22°C and 75% RH? Perfect for seedlings. That’s exactly where you want them early on for healthy root growth.
400 µmol/m²/s? Totally fine. I’m running two SP3000s at full power, 75cm distance — not even dialed down, and mine are loving it. I run them like that every single time, never had an issue.
And yeah, 24/0 light is totally fine for autos. I’ve done full cycles like that without problems.
Some prefer 20/4, but honestly the plants don’t seem to care as long as conditions are stable.
You’re off to a great start. No need to stress over numbers this early, just let her roll.

Niceeee Sanchez, got yourself a little ppfd metreeee.
Reduce to 150-200 at most at 20 hours. Until at least she gets 3-5 internodes then up it. 400 at 20 is too much for wee baby, may stunt.him a little.

60x60x20= 72000 seconds in 20 hours.
72000x400=28,800,000 micromoles.

Ease off a little, right now your feeding too much for a little seedling, once she has 3,4,5 internodes then you can apply a dli closer to 35-40.
If your maxing out the dli though remember you need to gear up the water cycle to match or you will bottleneck growth.
