Green Surface Roots ?

I haven't seen this with cannabis , a green " surface root " . Have you guys ran into this?
Hoping it is my watering brushing the soil away. But if that were the case,are the roots not making their way on down?

Unsmokeable QWET, really bitter, not pleasant to smoke at all. Any suggestion guys? I dont really get what I do wrong//Method: Fresh Harvested Weed / 97ºalchool in freezer, weed in Jar, 30 sec and 2 min wash, strainer, coffee filter, let evaporate room temp. Purged x2 in vac. machine.
May, the fact that the plant was not flushed yet, affect the end product? Not the first time my QWET is bitter.

9 days of flushing in hydro (clay pebbles), is it enough ? Thx6 or 7 days of flushing at 0.3 EC and leaves are still not yellowing. I fed them almost all run at 1.15 including 0.4 nutes from tap water which seems quite weak to me but they wouldn't eat more. I've been told from 4 to 15 days for a good flush in hydro. What's your experience ?

Hermie? Plant showed 2 pollen sacs during week 4 (removed the sacs).1 week later and no signs of sacs.Would it be safe for me to put her back in the tent?During week 4 1of my plants showed 2 pollen sacs developing. 3 people confirmed my suspicion that the plant started to herm. Hermy plant, to destroy or not? Plant is flushed and plan to harvest early as soon as I feel comfortable with the flush.On my Runtz Muffin #3 pheno on day 38 of flower I discovered a single sight of pollen sacks/nanners growing on a lower bud sight. I removed the bud sight and am sure that was the only outbreak. I have left the plant in the tent in the hopes that it will be okay. Will I regret??Week 13
