You'll have a pretty crowded canopy, so i'd remove most of the axillary growth at bottom 7-10 days after flip to 12/12.
These are huge plants, so expect about 3' of vertical growth after flip. So, a little training beyond flip might be useful if you have limited vertical space.
You can always take off more later on, but you can't re-grow stuff once vege growth ends, So, err on the smart side of things.
Even if you ermove some lower axilla (branches), don't strip the accompanying leaves at the originating growth node. Leaves are your friend. CO2 is the limiting factor and reduction of co2 intake is a horrible bro-science hypothesis that seems popular.
Also, don't expect these things to improve overall yield. At best it won't affect yield too much but avoid leafy, larfy buds and avoid more difficult trimming. if you do it later, it defintiely hurts yield. Things don't magically redistribute. In either case, be willing to accept 5-10 less grams per cola or something minimal like that. It's a more realistic assumption. 5-10g of larf isn't much of a loss to me. i smoke my flower. Extracts can often benefit from slightly looser buds - like ice water hash would.
