Rust spots on leaves, second grow and need some confirmation.

I'm noticing rust spots on my leaves, which I suspect could be due to nutrient burn or lockout, given the PPM is unusually high for this stage of growth. To tackle this, I'm planning a simple flush with some Cal-Mag, keeping the pH at 6.5. Does this sound like the right approach?

It looks more like an excess, nitrogen perhaps; I don't see anything alarming yet. Excess lime/mag can also create stains, with respect to washing..I would choose to give them a few waterings with only water, adequate pH, and continue with the waterings with fertilizers with lower doses. 🙂
