I am growing outdoor/balcony (Carrying my plants inside when the weather is bad).
Should I keep my plants indoors with less sunlight but warmer temperatures, or put them outside for more sunlight but cooler temperatures (12°C)?

Use those toothpicks to keep air pockets in that medium, the large lips on those pots will create a small bufferzone of high rh, air wont flow naturally into that buffer zone, also I don't see perlite or much of anything that woulds provide the needed oxygen for good growth, compressed medium from top watering could present problem. Do whatever works, try not leave her outside to be rained on tho, those pots wont be very forgiving to oversaturation.
