I can recommend the Mars Hydro TS1000. I use it myself in my veg tent. It has 150 watts and does a great job lighting up my 80x80 cm tent. In terms of price-performance ratio, it’s definitely a solid choice. Feel free to take a look at my Sour Frootz grow diary — it’s the first time I’m using the TS-1000 during the flowering stage.

The more watts you can fit in to your space, the better the outcome you will have for flower. but plenty of options out there now a days. ac infinity has a larger spectrum in their lights than other companys but ive always ended up using mars hydro lights. the mars hydro fce1500 would be a good choice. its fairly cheap and 150watts

Small space, dimmer will help alot, 5k good for veg, 3k better for flower, nice to have a switch. Cheap lights generally come equipped with cheap led, PAR in itself is useful but does little to determine quality of that radiation. Reds are often the least efficient colors in cheapo lights. If I was doing it all over again I'd really do research and get a high cri rating with quality reds. You will pay alot more for a quality 100w compared to 100w from the bargain bin off amazon. Difference to end result would probably be negligible bit you did ask for quality. High cri.is.where quality lies, cri is the lights ability to replicate sunlight, a light of 100cri would recreate sunlight 100% identical. Far as I know highest is 99 and tha costs a fortune.

You buy lights based off their PAR footprint, which you purchase based on your tent size. Optics as a higher level subset of physics is really only geometry with extra rules. Generally, with an LED fixture you're looking at a true draw of 100W per plant, as long as you keep it perfectly dialed in on canopy height the entire grow, that will give you good quality and yield. I know some older growers who still think they have like 6000W in their tent because of how LEDs are advertised. Just pay attention to the spec.s and don't be a mark.
