Compà non togliere nulla prendi il rametto delle foglie e gli dai un pizzico e le abbassi verso sotto così la luce arriva allo stelo e alle precime. E poi le foglie servono ad assorbire energia per produrre fiori più compatti ed omogenei

Yo bro, just checked out your vids, plants looking solid for 3 weeks in! Since it’s an auto, I’d go easy on defoliation. Maybe just remove a few of the biggest fan leaves if they’re blocking a lot of light from getting to lower sites, but don’t overdo it. Autos don’t have a lot of time to recover like photos do. If she’s about to hit preflower soon, you might wanna just let her ride and do a light cleanup later once pistils start showing. Less stress = more growth with autos. Hope that helps!

Your auto’s big fan leaves are your solar panels, at three weeks let them stay. Wait for the first white pistils at the nodes (pre-flower) before you trim, and even then only pull a few leaves that block light or are yellowing. Autos hate heavy defoliation, so minimal cleanup just before bloom is safest.

you can do either way. experiment and figure out what you like to do. everyone has their own way of growing and with stuff like this, there isnt necessarily a wrong answer. just opinions and preferences

Why defoliate?? What for?? What to you hope to achieve by doing so?? Just remember..........maximum amount of leaves = maximum amount of energy being made = maximum amount of growth = maximum potential! Defoliation is not a required "technique" to grow cannabis successfully! Certainly do not defoliate young plants!!

Hey there 👋 Most people on the internet say that defoliation should be started in the first weeks of flowering. Also you should not defoliate in one step, as this would harm the plant too much. Hope this helps you 👊 Happy growing 👊🍀
