if you live in a wet climate, there's really nothing you can do about humidity. In this case consider autoflowers (puked in my mouth a bit) to avoid the wet season, if possible. Some places are just wet year round, of course. Bti can take care of larva of most insects in substrate. There are predator bugs you can look into, too. I can't help much with this stuff. Growing indoors so i never had to learn pest management beyond Bti, lol. Bti is a bacteria and has been safely used on your food supply for nearly 100 years or so. this only goes on the soil and watered in. it impacts larva only - mosquitos, gnats etc.. i've seen people put up an electrified wire to keep snails out, lol. Raised benches for your pots can help a bit too. ahh, you have 'leaf miners' too. That's what caused the squiggly line in that leaf. there isn't one safe thing to spray on plants in flower, i don't care what the product label claims. Some stuff does break down faster than other stuff, but you really can't assume it is 'safe' to smoke even if it's 1 part per billion by harvest time. Safe for food we eat does not mean it is safe for smoking, either. Anything that is "systemic" is absolutely a no go unless you want to give yourself and other neurological problems late in life, lol - like Eagle20.

I'm no pro, but looks like you might be getting hit by moths laying eggs and their young tunneling through the leaf and maybe caterpillars then eating holes. Caterpillars often leave behind the tell tale sign of small round black poop balls. If that is the case, BT Spray would be a good solution, but I would stop using it two weeks before harvest to be safe. https://www.growweedeasy.com/cannabis-plant-problems/leaf-miners Not sure if you've seen anything on the bottoms of your leaves, but keep an eye out for eggs (using a magnifine glass can be helpful because they're usually super small and usually white or yellow and blend in well).

Outdoor growing definitely comes with a different set of challenges. From what you’re describing, it sounds like you’re dealing with thrips. Neem oil is very effective at controlling them. Since you’re in the flowering stage, I wouldn’t recommend spraying it directly on the leaves. Instead, mix it into your watering solution. The pH level changes only slightly, if at all. I’d suggest adding it for the next three watering cycles.

What to Do Against Fungus Gnats During Cannabis Flowering: Fungus gnats during the flowering stage can be a serious issue, as their larvae feed on roots and may harm plant health. Since you're in the flowering phase, you need gentle, non-toxic methods. Here are effective and safe options: 1. Yellow Sticky Traps Place them near the soil to catch adult gnats. Helps monitor and reduce the adult population. 2. Bottom Watering (Carefully) Avoid overwatering. Let the top layer of soil dry out between waterings, since gnats lay eggs in moist soil. 3. Beneficial Nematodes (e.g., Steinernema feltiae) These microscopic organisms eat fungus gnat larvae in the soil. Completely safe for cannabis and doesn’t affect the buds. 4. BTi (Bacillus thuringiensis israelensis) A biological larvicide (available in products like Mosquito Bits or Gnatrol). Mix with water and apply to the soil. Safe during flowering, but avoid spraying buds. 5. Diatomaceous Earth (Top Dressing) A fine powder that damages the larvae and pupae as they crawl. Sprinkle a thin layer over the soil surface. Do not inhale it; wear a mask when applying. 6. Good Airflow and Cleanliness Improve ventilation to make the environment less favorable for gnats. Remove any decaying plant matter from the grow space.

This is because of the low temperature at night, as soon as it gets warmer, they will start to grow intensively.
