Saw some weird spots today on both leaves of the second node. Looks like edema. At first I thought it was mildew, but I couldn’t wipe it off with a damp cloth. Should I cut these off? And if so, where exactly?

Nah, it's nothing. Probably trichomes. Definitely not powdery mildew. Don't cut them off.
