Would virtually gaurantee that is not an autoflower at this point.
Give it 12 hours of darkness, because it is a photoperiod. Yes, it will need 12 hours of uninterrupted darkness each day until the end. Don't stop.
One thing -- you'll have at least 4 weeks of strong growth after switching to 12/12 assuming put is not limiting size of plant. So, consider pruning it back to a manageable size, allowing it to heal for 5 days or so, then switching to 12/12 schedule. this way it won't over-grow the area.
Either mis-packaged, breeding cycle contamination of unintended pollen, or some flaw in the autoflower production process -- from what i understand it takes more than one generation of breeding to get it at or near 100% autoflower seeds.... if it isn't mathematically 100% that is also a potential reason. Otherwise, if the punnet square says 100% of offspring will be "autos", it's 100% and only not due to human error in the breeding process.... and if "95%" then obviously 5% will not be autos. google has that answer... reference material not worth memorizing.
It can only be an autoflower if it is bred with the ruderalis plant.. and in a proper process to get a high percentage. Again, would need to map out alleles to understand exact probabilities of it or how many generations of cross breeding is necessary to get there bla blah blah.. something to that effect. So photoperiods don't have this trait 'lurking' in the background unless it somehow was bred with a ruderalis plant somewhere in its family history.
