based on how tight those sets of leaves are, you need to reduce light a bit -- this may be a temporary thing and it will need 'full' strength relative to climate and operating hours once it matures more.
Also, don't put a tiny plant in a big pot. It's just a net-negative with zero benefit. It is an urban myth that potting up will shock a plant. Don't use the GI Joe Kung Fu Grip(tm) on the rootball and all is well. Easier to water properly and better rootball development when you use appropriately sized pots.
since you have a huge pot, make sure that moisture goes all the way down or you train superficial roots.
