Grower, does anyone know if these deformities in the new leaves could depend on something at home? I hope I haven't unintentionally created too much stress for it to grow like this, weird...

If it's nutrient-related, it will present as old or new growth depending on its mobility within the plant. From what I can see, it looks prominent all over. I don't see secondary symptoms ruling out a lot of nutrients.... has to be from something affecting the plant as a whole, environment, water distribution. There are lots of environmental factors that could be at play. Rr even pests, disease, etc, hopefully someone else has more experience with this. Best of luck, shame she looks healthy otherwise.

Looks all environmental to me. Yeah, marijuana may be a weed but if you want a successful outcome, like 6 ounces as compared to a 1/4. she needs a more controlled environment. Grown outside has it's own factors to contend with. The best we can do is provide her with the basics, light, temps, humidity, feeding, watering and airflow.
