I suffer this problem toosometimes. I have added an extra fan aimed at the back of te light to cool it in past and that can shave a deg or two off ambient air temp if you got a good inline fan. Alternatively, consult a VPD chart and see where your temp and humidity sit. Adjusting your humidity level can still put you in the safe zone even at temps of 30c. My VPD is not optimal for the stage my grow is in but daily adjustments can help keep it as close to optimal as can be. The struggle is real. 😁

Destroys enzymes dramatically. Need to supplement foliarly to assist with heat destruction in order to push through, vitmin b12 complex will help with stress along with vitamin e (ascorbic acid) to assist with excess light intensity. Enzymes very labor and ATP intensive to produce from scratch just to be destroyed and rebuilt over and over.

Its sucks and is not ideal but the plant can handle it. Keep up the watering as needed and ventilation up as it will be needing lots of fresh air. Might need to drop its feeds a bit as it will be most lilkey taking up more water in the heat.

What you can do? Adjust light cycles: If possible, turn the lights on during the cool night hours (e.g. 8pm-8am). I think that's out of the question hehe. Improve air circulation and ventilation: Additional fans or stronger exhaust air will help remove hot air. Use humidifiers (carefully): In very dry heat (RH 40%), some humidity can help - but not above 50% to avoid mold in the flower. Dim LED lamps or increase the distance (if possible): Many grow rooms overheat due to excessive lighting. If you don't see any major signs of heat stress (stunted or splayed buds, curled leaves, dry spots), all is not lost. However, try to keep temperatures below 28 °C, especially in the last weeks of flowering, when aroma and resin production are at their most sensitive.
