Since it is an auto, starting again is your best option........2 weeks is almost half of the entire veg cycle for autos. As Noriu said, misting the stuck seed shell to soften it is the only other option, trying to remove it yourself usually ends in disaster with the baby leaves underneath nearly always getting damaged........again delaying development.

Looks like your seed husk is stuck on the cotyledon leaves--happened to me on my Fruity Freak grow (see week 2 if you are curious). It is very easy to resolve this issue. Take a pair of tweezer and squeeze them closed, slip them inside the edges seed husk (don't push inside and damage the leaves), then release the tweezers so they push the shell open--it should fall right off :) Here's a little more information on the process: https://www.growweedeasy.com/my-cannabis-seedling-leaves-are-stuck-together-from-the-seed-shell-what-do-i-do And here as well: growdiaries.com/journal/common-cannabis-seedling-problems-new-growers-face Your plant should bounce back just fine! Good luck and happy growing!

Seed surgery, I just slip off the shell, if it needs a little help gently to assist in the splitting but it should mostly just slide off if your gentle. There will be a risk ofc, depends how much of that seed energy has been used she might not have any juice left to burst out, 🤔 just don't use your dirty ass hands to do so.

Increase space between tie and plant, thats first. Expose plant to better lightning, now she stretches a lot, missing it. Mist top head 3-4 times daily, seeds were old and plant is struggling to drop shell, she is too stiff now. Never try to open it yourself or rip it off, usually in such cases leaves are not formed yet, you risk to rip them or even all head. Give time. No stress, few days with misting and high humidity in grow area should do the trick.
