Agree with mouse, looks like water droplet burns..........it is not a potassium deficiency.

definitely wait-and-see situation.
plant looks health, not overfed... make sure pH is 'okay' ... i'd see how it progresses to better diagnose with confidence. Doing something unnecessary only has the potential to make things worse.

Maybe something spilled on it or it got damaged from standard wear and tear?? looks isolated, its not something I would put to much thought into the plant looks healthy.
