[HELP] Seedling Leaves Pointing Down – Cold Stress or Root Bound?

Starting a new grow (Tropical Tangie FEM - Dutch Passion). Seedling's leaves are drooping, but setup seems solid: Zion Farm soil, 500ml cup w/ perlite, PPFD raised to 260, temp dropped to 18°C. Could it be cold stress or root-bound already? Plant looks healthy otherwise.

Roots lack of oxygen. Raise the temperature so you can push water out of those cups. Or transplant them asap without additional watering for next 3 days and they will sky rocket. Good luck!

Nothing wrong.........this is exactly how cannabis seedling are meant to look.............not all seedling will have the same leaf pattern..........up or down or flat, it really does not matter. They need stronger light though, they are already stretching.

the length of internode (stem between nodes) is syour guide to light intensity... simply adjust based on observation. take note of how it ramps up and you can follow a process in future with less observe/react involved. Still have to allow plant to dictate such things. 18c is a bit cold. About as cold as you want it to get when lights go out and definitely too cold for lights on, but 18c not something that will kill or cause catastrophe. just results in slower growth than possible. Biological processes will start to struggle if it gets colder and worse things can happen. It's young and color looks fine. picture is blurry. I'd just let it grow. Keep the internodes developing enough but not too lanky and adhere to a proper irrigation process. 1) fully saturate 2) wait for appropriate dryback and repeat. 10% runoff if soilless.. otherwise just make sure the entire thing is saturated. Partial watering and superficial watering is the wrong way to do it. Allow enough dryback to avoid rootzzone problems. expect inconsistent pigmentation on first few sets of leaves even if a plant is supremely healthy. Just how it is at times. The leaves drooping might be partially caused by less than idea climate, but also tiny plant that can barely physically support itself at this stage too.
